The foundations of Atlas Hotel, which is Izmir's first hotel with a bathroom and central heating and is located at the intersection of three boulevards with an architectural structure that tens of thousands of people pass by every day, were laid in 1956.

It is a hotel where great statesmen of the period, such as the 2nd President İsmet İNÖNÜ and the 3rd President Celal Bayar, as well as the current Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, politicians, artists and many famous and well-known people stayed.
In addition, the building was registered as a 2nd Group Immovable Cultural Asset to be Protected by the Izmir No. 1 Cultural Heritage Preservation Regional Board Directorate with the decision numbered 8401 on 22-03-2000. The most important feature that distinguishes it from its peers is the high ceiling entrance in its interior architecture and the historical works of art it contains.

It serves its guests with a total of 50 rooms, including 45 standard rooms, 4 family rooms and 1 republic suite, as well as a comprehensive meeting room for 30 people, a restaurant for 40 people and a cafe room for 15 people.
